L\u2019industrialisation africaine doit \u00eatre \u00e0 la fois co-cr\u00e9\u00e9e et localis\u00e9e. Transformer nos ressources chez nous, c\u2019est cr\u00e9er des emplois, capter la valeur ajout\u00e9e et r\u00e9duire notre d\u00e9pendance&nbsp;\u00bb, a-t-il indiqu\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En prenant l\u2019exemple du Togo, Faure Gnassingb\u00e9 a mis en lumi\u00e8re les efforts engag\u00e9s pour valoriser les ressources nationales \u00e0 travers la transformation locale, la cr\u00e9ation de cha\u00eenes de valeur r\u00e9gionales, et la mise en place de zones industrielles sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le pays, dans cette dynamique, s\u2019est r\u00e9solument tourn\u00e9 vers des partenaires strat\u00e9giques comme le Japon pour d\u00e9velopper des \u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes industriels int\u00e9gr\u00e9s et durables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab&nbsp;L\u2019industrialisation est un projet partag\u00e9, pas un produit import\u00e9. Au Togo, nous d\u00e9veloppons des zones industrielles sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es, int\u00e9gr\u00e9es aux cha\u00eenes r\u00e9gionales et ouvertes \u00e0 des partenariats de long terme, avec des partenaires comme le Japon. Nous voulons adapter les technologies \u00e0 nos r\u00e9alit\u00e9s, former nos talents et garantir des infrastructures fiables \u00bb, a-t-il fait savoir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En dehors de l\u2019industrialisation, le Pr\u00e9sident du Conseil a \u00e9galement mis en relief le potentiel transformateur du num\u00e9rique, comme un levier de productivit\u00e9, d\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 et d\u2019inclusion. Le Togo, pionnier en mati\u00e8re de gouvernance digitale, investit dans les infrastructures souveraines, les centres de donn\u00e9es, l\u2019intelligence artificielle et l\u2019utilisation strat\u00e9gique des donn\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab Le num\u00e9rique ne doit pas \u00eatre r\u00e9serv\u00e9 au capital ou aux grandes entreprises. Il doit irriguer l\u2019agriculture, la logistique, les PME, les services publics. Le Togo investit dans des infrastructures souveraines, dans la donn\u00e9e et dans l\u2019intelligence artificielle, au service de solutions concr\u00e8tes \u00bb, a pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 Faure Gnassingb\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le Pr\u00e9sident du Conseil a enfin plaid\u00e9 pour une transformation structurelle de l\u2019architecture financi\u00e8re internationale. Il a d\u00e9nonc\u00e9 des crit\u00e8res d\u2019endettement souvent inadapt\u00e9s aux \u00e9conomies africaines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab&nbsp;La finance durable est la cl\u00e9 de notre croissance souveraine et r\u00e9siliente. Nous devons pouvoir financer nos infrastructures, notre \u00e9nergie, notre capital humain, sans \u00eatre p\u00e9nalis\u00e9s par des crit\u00e8res de dette qui ne tiennent pas compte de nos r\u00e9alit\u00e9s. Nous plaidons pour une architecture financi\u00e8re plus \u00e9quitable qui distingue clairement entre dettes improductives et investissements strat\u00e9giques, avec des instruments financiers comme les obligations vertes ou les financements mixtes&nbsp;\u00bb, a-t-il d\u00e9clar\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au demeurant, en dehors de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience togolaise, c\u2019est une vision panafricaine que le Pr\u00e9sident du Conseil Faure Gnassingb\u00e9 est venu d\u00e9fendre \u00e0 Yokohama, celle d\u2019une Afrique qui valorise ses ressources, qui construit son avenir sur ses propres termes, et qui s\u2019affirme comme un partenaire fiable, ambitieux et respectueux de ses engagements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab Le commerce et l\u2019investissement ne doivent pas se r\u00e9sumer \u00e0 des indicateurs de croissance. Ils doivent \u00eatre des leviers de souverainet\u00e9, d\u2019inclusion pour tous les Africains \u00bb, a-t-il conclu, appelant \u00e0 un renouvellement strat\u00e9gique de la coop\u00e9ration entre l\u2019Afrique et ses partenaires techniques et financiers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le Togo confirme ainsi sa place parmi les nations africaines qui construisent activement les nouveaux \u00e9quilibres
