Dans le but de promouvoir une gestion apais\u00e9e, concert\u00e9e et r\u00e9glement\u00e9e de la transhumance sur l’ensemble du territoire togolais, le minist\u00e8re des ressources halieutiques, animales et de la r\u00e9glementation de la transhumance a mis en service un num\u00e9ro vert gratuit : Il s\u2019agit du 8424, accessible via un centre d’appels op\u00e9rationnel 24 heures sur 24, 7 jours sur 7.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Selon le Ministre d’Etat Damehame YARK, Ministre des Ressources halieutiques, animales et de la R\u00e9glementation de la Transhumance, ce dispositif a pour vocation de faciliter le signalement rapide des incidents li\u00e9s \u00e0 la transhumance, de diffuser des informations utiles et d’assurer l’orientation ainsi que l’assistance de la population.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00ab Le num\u00e9ro vert 8424, gratuit depuis tous les r\u00e9seaux mobiles op\u00e9rant au Togo (Yas Togo et Moov Africa), constitue un outil essentiel pour promouvoir une gestion apais\u00e9e, concert\u00e9e et r\u00e9glement\u00e9e de la transhumance sur l’ensemble du territoire national \u00bb, a-t-il fait savoir dans un communiqu\u00e9 publi\u00e9 \u00e0 cet effet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Il a invit\u00e9 la population \u00e0 faire un usage responsable de ce canal de communication, dans un esprit de paix, de civisme et de solidarit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le ministre compte sur l’engagement de toutes les parties prenantes, pour faire de ce m\u00e9canisme un outil clef de coh\u00e9sion sociale et de d\u00e9veloppement durable des communaut\u00e9s agropastorales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
