{"id":2201,"date":"2025-02-19T13:37:06","date_gmt":"2025-02-19T12:37:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lavoixdelanation.tg\/?p=2201"},"modified":"2025-02-19T13:37:07","modified_gmt":"2025-02-19T12:37:07","slug":"telecommunication-amelioration-continue-de-la-qualite-de-service-mobile-au-togo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lavoixdelanation.tg\/index.php\/2025\/02\/19\/telecommunication-amelioration-continue-de-la-qualite-de-service-mobile-au-togo\/","title":{"rendered":"T\u00e9l\u00e9communication\u00a0: Am\u00e9lioration continue de la qualit\u00e9 de service mobile au Togo"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>C\u2019est la conclusion de la seconde campagne nationale de mesures de la qualit\u00e9 des services (voix et internet mobile) offerts par les deux op\u00e9rateurs mobiles YAS Togo (YAS) et Moov Africa Togo (MAT) pour le compte de l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2024.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les r\u00e9sultats de cette \u00e9tude r\u00e9alis\u00e9e du&nbsp;2 d\u00e9cembre 2024 au 21 janvier 2025&nbsp;par l\u2019Autorit\u00e9 de R\u00e9gulation des Communications Electroniques et des Postes (ARCEP) montrent&nbsp;globalement sur le plan national, un taux de conformit\u00e9 de 74,43 % pour YAS et de 55,62 % pour MAT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab&nbsp;On note ainsi, par rapport \u00e0 la premi\u00e8re campagne de l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2024, une am\u00e9lioration globale de 3,75% pour YAS qui se rapproche progressivement des seuils r\u00e9glementaires alors que MAT, malgr\u00e9 une am\u00e9lioration de 11,01 %, reste encore loin de ces seuils&nbsp;\u00bb, indique un communiqu\u00e9 publi\u00e9 \u00e0 cet effet ce 18 f\u00e9vrier 2025 par l\u2019ARCEP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab&nbsp;Le taux de conformit\u00e9 est bien meilleur dans le Grand Lom\u00e9 qu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur du pays.&nbsp;En effet, dans le Grand Lom\u00e9, les taux de conformit\u00e9 sont respectivement de 83,48% et 82,14% pour YAS et MAT. \u00c0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur du pays, les valeurs sont respectivement de 72,94% et 51,25%&nbsp;\u00bb, pr\u00e9cise l\u2019institution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour le service voix dans le Grand Lom\u00e9, YAS avec un taux de conformit\u00e9 de 98,21 %, domine son concurrent MAT&nbsp;qui n\u2019a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 qu\u2019un taux de conformit\u00e9 de 55,36 %. Par contre, pour le service internet mobile 3G et 4G, MAT est beaucoup plus performant que son concurrent YAS avec un taux de conformit\u00e9 de l\u2019internet 3G de 94,05 % pour MAT contre 73,81 % pour YAS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab&nbsp;La m\u00eame tendance est observ\u00e9e pour l\u2019internet mobile 4G avec un taux de conformit\u00e9 de 88,10% pour MAT contre de 83,33% pour YAS&nbsp;\u00bb indique l\u2019ARCEP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans les localit\u00e9s de l\u2019int\u00e9rieur du Togo, les donn\u00e9es indiquent que YAS est plus performant que MAT sur tous les services voix et internet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab&nbsp;Les taux de conformit\u00e9 de YAS sont de 75,59 %, 67,45 % et 76,67 % respectivement pour la voix, l\u2019internet mobile 3G et l\u2019internet mobile 4G.
