Il d\u00e9passe ainsi le seul cadre \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique et renvoie \u00e0 la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de renforcer les capacit\u00e9s industrielles du continent, de d\u00e9velopper les infrastructures et de favoriser la cr\u00e9ation de valeur \u00e0 partir des ressources disponibles en Afrique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" src=\"https:\/\/lavoixdelanation.tg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/SAVI-DE-TOVE-AU-KENYA-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-17093\" srcset=\"https:\/\/lavoixdelanation.tg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/SAVI-DE-TOVE-AU-KENYA-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/lavoixdelanation.tg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/SAVI-DE-TOVE-AU-KENYA-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/lavoixdelanation.tg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/SAVI-DE-TOVE-AU-KENYA-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/lavoixdelanation.tg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/SAVI-DE-TOVE-AU-KENYA-1536x1024.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/lavoixdelanation.tg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/SAVI-DE-TOVE-AU-KENYA.jpg 1600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La pr\u00e9sence du Pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique \u00e0 cette c\u00e9r\u00e9monie t\u00e9moigne de l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat que le Togo accorde aux initiatives africaines dans les domaines de l\u2019industrialisation, des infrastructures, de la coop\u00e9ration \u00e9conomique et du d\u00e9veloppement des \u00e9changes entre les \u00c9tats et les r\u00e9gions du continent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jean-Lucien Savi de Tov\u00e9 a dans son intervention mis en avant la dimension panafricaine du projet, qui rapproche l\u2019Afrique de l\u2019Est et l\u2019Afrique de l\u2019Ouest autour d\u2019une initiative industrielle concr\u00e8te.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab La c\u00e9r\u00e9monie de pose de la premi\u00e8re pierre de la raffinerie de Lamu est un autre symbole rassurant d\u2019une Afrique qui se tourne vers elle-m\u00eame, qui ne se contente plus d\u2019exploiter ses richesses, mais qui les transforme, les valorise et les ma\u00eetrise avec le concours de ses propres fils \u00bb, a-t-il indiqu\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il a par ailleurs salu\u00e9 la port\u00e9e symbolique et strat\u00e9gique du projet, qui participe d\u2019une volont\u00e9 de renforcer la souverainet\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique du continent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les informations font \u00e9tat de ce que la future raffinerie devrait disposer d\u2019une capacit\u00e9 annonc\u00e9e de 700 000 barils de p\u00e9trole brut par jour. La dur\u00e9e des travaux est \u00e9valu\u00e9e entre 30 et 40 mois. Le co\u00fbt du projet est estim\u00e9 \u00e0 environ 16 milliards de dollars.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Cris
