Un club de partenariat public-priv\u00e9 (PPP) est cr\u00e9\u00e9 \u00e0 cet effet et officiellement lanc\u00e9 le jeudi 3 septembre \u00e0 Lom\u00e9 en pr\u00e9sence des d\u00e9cideurs publics, des investisseurs, des experts et autres acteurs du financement<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce club se pr\u00e9sente comme un cadre de dialogue entre les secteurs public et priv\u00e9, une plateforme de concertation destin\u00e9e \u00e0 faciliter la pr\u00e9paration, la structuration et la mise en \u0153uvre des projets en partenariat public-priv\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il r\u00e9unit notamment l\u2019\u00c9tat et les collectivit\u00e9s territoriales, les entreprises, les banques et investisseurs, les fonds d\u2019investissement, les cabinets juridiques et financiers, les experts en PPP ainsi que les partenaires techniques et financiers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il est question de cr\u00e9er un espace de dialogue permanent entre les diff\u00e9rents acteurs, de favoriser l\u2019\u00e9mergence de projets bancables et d\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer leur mise en \u0153uvre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le Club doit \u00e9galement contribuer \u00e0 renforcer la confiance des investisseurs et faciliter la mobilisation des financements priv\u00e9s en faveur des infrastructures prioritaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La cr\u00e9ation de ce cadre intervient alors que le gouvernement entend renforcer le recours aux PPP pour accompagner la mise en \u0153uvre de sa feuille de route 2026-2031.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab Le PPP n\u2019est pas un contournement budg\u00e9taire. C\u2019est un instrument d\u2019efficacit\u00e9, de rigueur et de responsabilit\u00e9 partag\u00e9e \u00bb, a indiqu\u00e9 le ministre de l\u2019\u00c9conomie et de la Veille strat\u00e9gique, Badanam Patoki.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019on apprend \u00e9galement la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019une Task Force op\u00e9rationnelle pour assurer le suivi des initiatives. Elle constituera un guichet unique charg\u00e9 de lever les blocages et d\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer les dossiers, avec une obligation de r\u00e9sultats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Au demeurant, cette nouvelle dynamique doit permettre au gouvernement de renforcer son partenariat avec le secteur priv\u00e9 et d\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer le passage de la sensibilisation \u00e0 la concr\u00e9tisation des projets d\u2019infrastructures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Cris DADA<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le gouvernement togolais ambitionne de renforcer les investissements au b\u00e9n\u00e9fice du secteur des infrastructures.
