Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 officiellement lanc\u00e9 ce lundi 3 ao\u00fbt 2026 \u00e0 Lom\u00e9 aux diff\u00e9rents acteurs de la sant\u00e9 humaine, animale et environnementale<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le nouvel outil a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9labor\u00e9 avec l\u2019appui du Centre africain de contr\u00f4le et de pr\u00e9vention des maladies (Africa CDC) et d\u2019autres partenaires, dont l\u2019Organisation mondiale de la Sant\u00e9 (OMS).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le plan s\u2019inscrit dans une approche&nbsp;\u00ab&nbsp;Une seule sant\u00e9&nbsp;\u00bb, qui prend en compte les interactions entre la sant\u00e9 humaine, animale et environnementale. Il sera mis en \u0153uvre par l\u2019Institut national de l\u2019hygi\u00e8ne (INH) avec l\u2019objectif de renforcer la d\u00e9tection pr\u00e9coce, le suivi et l\u2019analyse des agents pathog\u00e8nes \u00e9mergents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La surveillance g\u00e9nomique permet en dehors de la d\u00e9tection des agents pathog\u00e8nes, de mieux comprendre leur \u00e9volution et leur circulation. Elle constitue un levier important pour orienter les strat\u00e9gies de pr\u00e9vention, adapter les interventions sanitaires et am\u00e9liorer la prise en charge des maladies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab&nbsp;Ce document traduit la volont\u00e9 du gouvernement de faire de la g\u00e9nomique un v\u00e9ritable outil d\u2019aide \u00e0 la d\u00e9cision, pleinement int\u00e9gr\u00e9 \u00e0 notre syst\u00e8me national de surveillance \u00e9pid\u00e9miologique&nbsp;\u00bb, a indiqu\u00e9 Dr Kokou Wotobe, Secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral du minist\u00e8re en charge de la Sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab&nbsp;Ce plan doit devenir une comp\u00e9tence suppl\u00e9mentaire permettant \u00e0 notre pays d\u2019anticiper davantage les menaces sanitaires, d\u2019am\u00e9liorer la d\u00e9tection des agents pathog\u00e8nes et de renforcer notre capacit\u00e9 de r\u00e9ponse face aux \u00e9pid\u00e9mies et autres \u00e9v\u00e9nements de sant\u00e9 publique&nbsp;\u00bb, a-t-il ajout\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le Togo poursuit ainsi avec ce nouveau cadre, le renforcement de son syst\u00e8me de surveillance \u00e9pid\u00e9miologique et de ses capacit\u00e9s de r\u00e9ponse face aux menaces sanitaires \u00e9mergentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Cris DADA<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le Togo se dote d\u2019un Plan national de surveillance g\u00e9nomique en vue de d\u00e9tecter et surveiller les agents pathog\u00e8nes \u00e9mergents.
