F\u00e9vrier \u00e0 Lom\u00e9, par le Centre de Formation \u00ab\u00a0Etincelle Light\u00a0\u00bb (CFEL).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ils sont des promoteurs d\u2019entreprises publiques ou priv\u00e9es, des membres de conseils d\u2019administration, des chefs de service, et des responsables d\u2019Organisations non gouvernementales \u00e0 prendre part \u00e0 cette session de formation conduite dans une approche participative avec une bonne dose de pratique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les strat\u00e9gies et outils manag\u00e9riaux pour assurer la performance et la durabilit\u00e9 des entreprises et organisations togolaises et africaines ont fait \u00e0 cet effet, l\u2019objet de partage et d\u2019\u00e9change avec les participants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La session a \u00e9t\u00e9 anim\u00e9e par trois (03) personnes ressources d\u2019une grande exp\u00e9rience : Comlan Edmond Amoussou (Expert en Organisation et Management des Ressources Humaines, ancien DG de l\u2019ANPE, Pr\u00e9sident du Cabinet Conseils R\u00e9unis, avec plus de 40 ans d\u2019exp\u00e9rience), Koku Vignon Aboki, (Expert financier, Pr\u00e9sident du Groupement Togolais des PME, acteur majeur du secteur priv\u00e9) et Gilles Lazare Akomagni (Expert en gouvernance et mod\u00e9rateur du s\u00e9minaire, avec une solide exp\u00e9rience internationale).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img strat\u00e9gies claires, d\u2019une culture organisationnelle forte, et de m\u00e9canismes bien structur\u00e9s&nbsp;\u00bb, a indiqu\u00e9 le Directeur du CFEL, Ako\u00e9t\u00e9 Adj\u00e9wonu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab&nbsp;C\u2019est pourquoi le CFEL a initi\u00e9 ce s\u00e9minaire pour, analyser les r\u00e9alit\u00e9s actuelles des organisations togolaises, identifier les causes de fragilit\u00e9, pr\u00e9senter les mod\u00e8les qui r\u00e9ussissent, partager les outils et strat\u00e9gies adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 notre contexte et encourager l\u2019impl\u00e9mentation des facteurs de succ\u00e8s dans les organisations pr\u00e9sentes&nbsp;\u00bb, a-t-il pr\u00e9cis\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au demeurant, cette formation aura permis aux participants de repartir avec des
