Le Pr\u00e9sident du Conseil Faure Gnassingb\u00e9 est depuis ce 28 octobre 2025 en Angola o\u00f9 il prend part au 3\u00e8 Sommet de Luanda sur le financement des infrastructures en Afrique plac\u00e9 sous le th\u00e8me \u00ab Capitaux, corridors, commerce: investir dans les infrastructures pour la ZLECAf et la prosp\u00e9rit\u00e9 partag\u00e9e \u00bb.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

La rencontre d’affaires est organis\u00e9e \u00e0 l’initiative conjointe de la Commission de l’Union africaine et de l’Agence de d\u00e9veloppement de l’Union africaine (UADA-NEPAD).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Elle r\u00e9unit des dirigeants africains, des investisseurs et des partenaires au d\u00e9veloppement pour des r\u00e9flexions sur les m\u00e9canismes de promotion du financement des infrastructures sur l’ensemble du continent, ainsi qu’\u00e0 la mise en \u0153uvre efficace de la Zone de libre-\u00e9change continentale africaine (ZLECAF).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Selon une note de la Pr\u00e9sidence du Conseil, les chefs d’Etat et de gouvernement africains vont examiner \u00e0 cet effet les opportunit\u00e9s d’investissement strat\u00e9giques align\u00e9es sur le Programme de d\u00e9veloppement des infrastructures en Afrique (PIDA) et le Plan directeur de l’Union africaine pour la connectivit\u00e9 r\u00e9gionale et continentale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les travaux seront meubl\u00e9s de d\u00e9clarations et panels sectoriels de haut niveau sur l’\u00e9nergie, l’eau, l’assainissement et l’hygi\u00e8ne, les transports et la mobilisation des capitaux nationaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les recommandations formul\u00e9es \u00e0 l’issue de ce troisi\u00e8me Sommet de Luanda sur le financement des infrastructures en Afrique serviront de r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiel pour une mise en \u0153uvre optimale des projets de d\u00e9veloppement des corridors de transport transfrontaliers, de transformation num\u00e9rique, d’hydraulique, d’acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l’\u00e9nergie et de d\u00e9veloppement des villes r\u00e9silientes au climat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
