{"id":14589,"date":"2025-10-27T08:48:41","date_gmt":"2025-10-27T07:48:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lavoixdelanation.tg\/?p=14589"},"modified":"2025-10-27T08:49:54","modified_gmt":"2025-10-27T07:49:54","slug":"finance-le-togo-frappe-fort-sur-le-marche-de-lumoa-titre","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lavoixdelanation.tg\/index.php\/2025\/10\/27\/finance-le-togo-frappe-fort-sur-le-marche-de-lumoa-titre\/","title":{"rendered":"Finance : Le Togo frappe fort sur le march\u00e9 de l\u2019UMOA-Titre"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>La Direction G\u00e9n\u00e9rale du Tr\u00e9sor et de la Comptabilit\u00e9 Publique du Togo frappe fort sur le march\u00e9 de l\u2019UMOA-TITRE en retenant 27,5 milliards sur les 53,32 milliards r\u00e9colt\u00e9s.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon le Minist\u00e8re des finances et du budget, le Togo qui cherchait 25 milliards, a ainsi obtenu un taux de couverture de 213,31% ce vendredi 24 octobre 2025, dans le cadre d\u2019une \u00e9mission mixte de Bons Assimilables du Tr\u00e9sor (BAT) et d\u2019Obligations Assimilables du Tr\u00e9sor (OAT)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Initialement \u00e0 la recherche de 25 milliards, les autorit\u00e9s financi\u00e8res ont pu retenir une enveloppe sup\u00e9rieure, signe de la confiance des investisseurs et de la bonne tenue du profil de risque du pays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le minist\u00e8re explique que le recours au march\u00e9 r\u00e9gional n\u2019a rien d\u2019exceptionnel : il s\u2019agit d\u2019une strat\u00e9gie r\u00e9currente des \u00c9tats de l\u2019UEMOA, dont le Togo, pour mobiliser des ressources \u00e0 moyen et long terme afin de financer les besoins budg\u00e9taires, notamment les investissements publics structurants, le remboursement de la dette int\u00e9rieure, ou encore le soutien aux secteurs productifs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019op\u00e9ration du 24 Octobre s\u2019inscrit dans le cadre du programme annuel d\u2019\u00e9missions d\u00e9fini par le minist\u00e8re des finances et du budget, en coh\u00e9rence avec les objectifs de soutenabilit\u00e9 de la dette et la strat\u00e9gie d\u2019endettement \u00e0 moyen terme du pays. Le succ\u00e8s de cette lev\u00e9e refl\u00e8te la confiance des investisseurs r\u00e9gionaux dans la capacit\u00e9 du Togo \u00e0 honorer ses engagements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les BAT sont des instruments \u00e0 court terme (moins d\u2019un an), souvent utilis\u00e9s pour g\u00e9rer la tr\u00e9sorerie courante de l\u2019\u00c9tat, tandis que les OAT, de maturit\u00e9 plus longue, visent \u00e0 soutenir la mise en \u0153uvre de projets \u00e9conomiques \u00e0 forte valeur ajout\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon des analystes du march\u00e9 obligataire, le Togo b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie d\u2019un profil de cr\u00e9dit jug\u00e9 stable, gr\u00e2ce notamment \u00e0 une gestion budg\u00e9taire prudente, une trajectoire de croissance soutenue, et un engagement clair en faveur de la consolidation des finances publiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon le gouvernement, les ressources mobilis\u00e9es permettront de soutenir les priorit\u00e9s du gouvernement dans des secteurs cl\u00e9s comme les infrastructures, l\u2019agriculture, l\u2019\u00e9nergie ou la sant\u00e9, contribuant ainsi \u00e0 l\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration de la transformation structurelle de l\u2019\u00e9conomie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Par ailleurs, avec un encadrement r\u00e9gional assur\u00e9 par l\u2019Agence UMOA-Titres, ces \u00e9missions offrent \u00e9galement des opportunit\u00e9s d\u2019investissement aux institutions financi\u00e8res tout en renfor\u00e7ant l\u2019int\u00e9gration du march\u00e9 financier sous-r\u00e9gional.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Direction G\u00e9n\u00e9rale du Tr\u00e9sor et de la Comptabilit\u00e9 Publique du Togo frappe fort sur le march\u00e9 de l\u2019UMOA-TITRE en retenant 27,5 milliards sur les 53,32 milliards r\u00e9colt\u00e9s.
