{"id":1454,"date":"2024-11-23T13:39:00","date_gmt":"2024-11-23T12:39:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lavoixdelanation.tg\/?p=1454"},"modified":"2024-12-15T13:43:00","modified_gmt":"2024-12-15T12:43:00","slug":"un-service-dhemodialyse-et-de-nephrologie-en-construction-au-chu-kara","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lavoixdelanation.tg\/index.php\/2024\/11\/23\/un-service-dhemodialyse-et-de-nephrologie-en-construction-au-chu-kara\/","title":{"rendered":"Un service d\u2019h\u00e9modialyse et de n\u00e9phrologie en construction au CHU Kara"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Le Centre hospitalier universitaire (CHU) de Kara sera bient\u00f4t dot\u00e9 d\u2019un service d\u2019h\u00e9modialyse et de n\u00e9phrologie.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La pose de la premi\u00e8re pierre pour la construction du nouveau service a \u00e9t\u00e9 effectu\u00e9e le vendredi 22 novembre 2024 par le Secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral du minist\u00e8re de la Sant\u00e9 et de l\u2019hygi\u00e8ne publique, Kokou Wotob\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les travaux pr\u00e9vus pour 18 mois, sont financ\u00e9s \u00e0 hauteur de 850&nbsp;000 USD (environ 485 600 000 CFA) par le Groupe Ecobank et le Programme des Nations Unies pour le d\u00e9veloppement (PNUD) en partenariat avec le minist\u00e8re de la Sant\u00e9 et de l\u2019hygi\u00e8ne publique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le service sera b\u00e2ti sur une surface de 800 m\u00e8tres carr\u00e9s, et sera compos\u00e9 d\u2019une salle de dialyse, une salle de traitement d\u2019eau, un local technique, un magasin de stockage, une salle de consultation, une salle de cath\u00e9ter, un vestiaire pour les patients, un hall d\u2019attente ou terrasse, 03 sanitaires, un secr\u00e9tariat, un espace am\u00e9nag\u00e9 pour les d\u00e9chets m\u00e9dicaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En dehors de la construction et l\u2019\u00e9quipement, le projet pr\u00e9voit \u00e9galement la formation des acteurs pour de meilleures prestations. Ce service servira \u00e9galement de site d\u2019apprentissage pour les \u00e9tudiants en m\u00e9decine et les apprenants des \u00e9coles param\u00e9dicales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selon le minist\u00e8re de la sant\u00e9, le nouveau service permettra de r\u00e9duire cette pression et d\u2019offrir un acc\u00e8s plus \u00e9quitable aux soins vitaux. Il se pr\u00e9sente comme une r\u00e9ponse directe aux besoins urgents des patients souffrant d\u2019insuffisance r\u00e9nale dans les r\u00e9gions des Savanes, de Kara et du centre du Togo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il faut souligner qu\u2019\u00e0 ce jour, le CHU Sylvanus Olympio de Lom\u00e9 est le seul h\u00f4pital public du pays \u00e0 disposer d\u2019un service de n\u00e9phrologie et d\u2019h\u00e9modialyse. Sa capacit\u00e9 d\u2019accueil \u00e9tant limit\u00e9e, la liste d\u2019attente s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve parfois \u00e0 environ 300 patients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De m\u00eame, sa localisation \u00e0 Lom\u00e9 rend l\u2019acc\u00e8s au traitement d\u2019urgence et r\u00e9gulier de l\u2019insuffisance r\u00e9nale tr\u00e8s difficile pour les habitants des r\u00e9gions du nord du pays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Au CHU de Kara, l\u2019insuffisance r\u00e9nale est la sixi\u00e8me cause de d\u00e9c\u00e8s avec un taux de mortalit\u00e9 de 21,3 %. Dans cet h\u00f4pital, l\u2019insuffisance r\u00e9nale repr\u00e9sente 10 % des hospitalisations et 73 % des consultations de n\u00e9phrologie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Au demeurant, la construction de ce service intervient au moment o\u00f9 le Gouvernement a entrepris un vaste chantier de r\u00e9novation et de renforcement du plateau technique des formations sanitaires du Togo avec pour cons\u00e9quence l\u2019am\u00e9lioration des soins de sant\u00e9 d\u00e9livr\u00e9s aux populations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>David S.<\/strong><\/em><strong><em><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le Centre hospitalier universitaire (CHU) de Kara sera bient\u00f4t dot\u00e9 d\u2019un service d\u2019h\u00e9modialyse et de n\u00e9phrologie.
